Good Friday Tenebrae Service, ALPC

TrueNorth Chorale and Chamber Orchestra and The Avon Lake Presbyterian Chancel Choir, joined by the Chancel Choir of Graton’s Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, will be leading the community in a Good Friday Tenebrae Service, Friday, April 18th, 7:30 p.m. at Avon Lake Presbyterian Church.

Song of The Shadows, written by Joseph Martin, is deeply moving, offering a powerful invitation to contemplate the love and sacrifice of Christ. The combination of the narrative, orchestrations, and choral compositions bring color and depth to a timeless message. “Come to the shadows, the flickering candle. Silence yourself in the still of this place. Here in this moment as silence surrounds you, Open your heart to the music of grace.”

You will hear beautiful music as we reflect on the journey to the cross.  Join us as we journey with Him from Jerusalem to the cross.  Tenebrae Service.  Friday, April 18th, 7:30 p.m.

Avon Lake Presbyterian, 32340 Electric Blvd, just west of Jaycox Road on the north side of the street.
